Tactics Institute for Security and Counter Terrorism, with co-host Institut Prospective et Sécurité en Europe (IPSE), Paris, and in partnership with the European Center for Peace in the Horn of Africa (Brussels) presents a two-hour webinar looking at the situation in the Horn of Africa.
