Paul Attenborough is a specialist on economics and development with a background as an economic advisor having conducted many feasibility, research and economic appraisals for Government and commercial projects in the Eastern Mediterranean, Middle East, Eastern Europe as well as East and West Africa.  He hold a degree in Physiology and Psychology from Oxford and an MBA from Cranfield, studied at SOAS and is currently registered for a PhD at the School of Government and International Affairs at Durham where he is looking at the Political Economy of Development in the Levant.
