Mr. Charles has worked on Security and Counter Terrorism issues within the UK and European contexts particularly on the community impact of threats. He is also a commentator and writer on European and International affairs and an accomplished public speaker. Mr. Charles earned his B.A. in Politics and Economic & Social History with honors from the University of Leicester and his M.A. in International Politics from the University of Sheffield.
