Mr. Atdhe Lila holds an advanced LL.M degree in Law and Digital Technologies from the University of Leiden. His field of expertise varies from Privacy & Data Protection, Cyber Law and Security to EU Law and Regulatory approximation. He has worked as a Senior Legal Officer for the Government of Kosovo, where he assisted in drafting national laws/regulations and helped in EU legal approximation. He has also been a member of research teams primarily focusing on Disruptive Technologies, their risks and how to regulate them, harmonized with Cyber-Security and online privacy. Mr Lila has been employed by companies from all over the world including Germany, the UK, the US and Brazil.
